금속 검출기 활용법

이 검출기의 사용 목적은 완구에 있을 수 있는금속 조각들을 제거하는데 있다. (바늘, 못, 금속파편 등..)

  • 이 기계는 자동이며, 별도의 조정은 불필요합니다(단일주파수)
  • 사용 감도 수준을 컨트롤 박스에 50%~80% 사이에서사용합니다.
  • 처음 조정이 완료된 이후에 재조정은 불필요합니다.
  • 컨베어 벨트는 분당 20~40미터 속도로 움직입니다.
  • 모터 스피드는 제어박스(컨트롤박스)의 High 또는 Low를 선택함으로써 가능합니다.
  • 컨베어 벨트와 탐지기 본체는 완전히 분리되어있어 컨베어벨트가 흔들리더라도 탐지기는 흔들리지 않습니다.
  • 컨베어는 조립과 해체를 용이하게 하기 위하여 세부분으로 구분되어 있습니다.

METAL DETECTOR

The purpose of this detector is to remove metal pieces(needles,nails,metal scraps) present in toys.

  • This machine is automatic, and does not need abjustment.(single fequency)
  • Set sensitivity level for use in control box to 50% to 80%.
  • Readjustment is not required after first abjustment is completed.
  • Conveyor belt moves 20 to 40 meters per minute.
  • High or Low motor speed can be selected by setting at high or low speed in control box.
  • Conveyor belt and body of detector are com pletely separated,even if conveyor belt is shaken, detector will not move..
  • Conveyor is divided into 3 parts, to facilitate disassembly and assembly
