X-RAY

고감도 검출
제품의 물성(온도,수분,염분량)에 관계없이 검출가능하며, 금속 이외의 이물질도 고감도로 검출이 가능합니다. 기본 원리는, X선관으로 부터 방출된 폭이 좁은 빔으로 된 X선을 벨트 컨베이어에 실리어 이동하는 피검사물에 조사하고, X선 빔은 피검사물을 투과하여 벨트 컨베이어의 아래에 설치된 LINE SENSOR로 그 강도를 측정합니다. 이측정에 의하여 얻어진 데이터로부터 이물질의 혼입여부를 판단합니다. φ0.3 mm금속도 검출이 가능하여 통조림 스텐인레스 내의 금속, 알루미늄 파우치내의 이물질등도 검출이 가능합니다.

Safety
Complete shut off the leakage of X-ray for the safety of operator.
The leakage of X-ray is under 1uSv/hour.
This amount of leakage is less than the Japanese standard for prevention obstacle of electrolytic X-ray which is 1.3mSv/3months, even if same worker work or 40hours per week.
So you don’t need to hire an extra X-ray safety supervisor.

Simple operation
By operating through an interactive monitoring system, it is easy for the operator can see and know the process.
The operator can easily handle the detector by just follow the directions from the 15 inch large screen and touch the touch panel.
You can also save all the video files through X-ray video filing.

Supersensitive detection
Can detect regardless of physical properties (temperature, water, salt concentration), you can also detect any foreign substance besides metal.
The basic principle is as follow.
Narrow width beam (X-ray) released from X-ray tube penetrate the object which is moving on the conveyer belt.
X-ray beam penetrate the object and detect the strength through the LINE SENSOR which is installed under conveyer belt.
The detector can judge the mixing of foreign substance with detecting collected data. It can detect Φ0.3mm metal. It can detect metal, aluminum inside a can.
